



Leftover Ingredients:
- Parmesan Cheese
- Panko
Already in My Fridge
- Eggs
Already In My Freezer
- Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
Already In My Pantry
- Olive Oil Spray
- Flour
- Panko
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Bottled Marinara/ Tomato Sauce
Grocery Store Run: Rigatoni Noodles → $3.00
So.. since the Rigatoni Noodles were $3.00. The full meal only cost $3.00 right? 😉 Everything I already had was already a “sunk cost…” right? #girlmath
Dredging station had:
- Container 1: Flour + Pinch of Salt
- Container 2: Egg Whisked/Scrambled + Pinch of Salt
- Container 3: Panko, Parmesan, Italian Seasoning, and (you guessed it), Pinch of Salt
Lightly seasoned the chicken before dredging in container 1, then 2, then 3. I set them aside to hang out 🙂 Light spray of olive oil on the chicken, then air fried. While it air fried, I heated up the Marinara sauce with Italian Seasoning, boiled the Rigatoni and combined the two!
