๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐: While I prefer cooking with fresh live crab, I wonโt shy away from making Snow Crab Legs which tend to be pre-cooked at places like Vonsย and can still be really delicious. But you need good olive oil and good butter like Kerry Goldย (not an ad, just a fan).

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs Snow Crab Legs (normally their pre-cooked)
- 1 stick of Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 head of Garlic, minced
- 1 large Shallot, minced
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika (Pimenton)
- 2 lemons, separated
- 1 lemon zested (reserve zest), then sliced in half (for its juice)
- 1 lemon sliced
- Garnish: Parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Zest lemon, set aside and save lemon for its juice later
- On medium low heat, melt butter and add garlic, shallots, pinch of salt, and smoked paprika. You want to lightly cook the garlic and not fully caramelize it. Don’t let it burn!
- Arrange crab legs in a roasting pan. Pour mixture over the crab, trying to coatch each leg as much as you can. Take the (already zested) lemon halves and sprinkle the lemon juice over the crab. Take the second lemon and arrange the lemon slices around the crab evenly. Generously drizzle the crab with Olive Oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the strength of your oven. Garnish with parsley and the lemon zest
