Gochujang Honey Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Gochujang Paste
  • 3 Tbps Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbps Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1.5 lbs Salmon, cubed (skinless)
  • Garnish: Scallion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Gochugaru (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients to make the marinade. Marinade the Salmon cubes for minimum 1 hour (best of overnight)
  2. If removing from fridge, let it sit on your counter for 30 minutes to get to room temperature. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
  3. Set Salmon cubes in Air Fryer (no touching!) and set timer for 10 minutes, basting with the marinade at the halfway point.
  4. Garnish with Scallion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, and Gochugaru.
  5. Top with your favorite sides!
