
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Gochujang Paste
- 3 Tbps Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbps Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1.5 lbs Salmon, cubed (skinless)
- Garnish: Scallion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Gochugaru (optional)
Directions
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients to make the marinade. Marinade the Salmon cubes for minimum 1 hour (best of overnight)
- If removing from fridge, let it sit on your counter for 30 minutes to get to room temperature. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
- Set Salmon cubes in Air Fryer (no touching!) and set timer for 10 minutes, basting with the marinade at the halfway point.
- Garnish with Scallion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, and Gochugaru.
- Top with your favorite sides!
